We can clean your office at a regular basis, daily, weekly or fortnightly. The regular cleaning includes vacuum carpets floor, dusting and clean desk and chairs, clean and disinfect kitchen and toilets and mop the hard surface floors.
We clean your office windows, glass doors from inside and outside up to 2 storey high.
We use machine to strip off the old sealer and reseal up to 4 times, so it is like a new floor with high gloss. The floor strip and seal can be done during Xmas break.
Minimum 48 hours required for the wet floor after clean to dry and sealer to be fully cured.
Depending on the original seal and condition, solven or water based, we strip it off and seal or just reseal, very much depending its condition, but after finish, it is like brand new.
